Technology is great for shopping. On a regular basis I rely on technology to help me get my shopping done. I use my cell phone to manage shopping lists. I use a mobile PayPal app to check my available balance. I use my laptop and netbook on-the-go, in conjunction with the free wifi offered by many restaurants and cafes, to make online purchases. One such online purchase is for vitamins and minerals, and that’s a purchase I make just about every month, as it’s something I will always need. I’m post-op gastric bypass, which means there is no way I can get the nutrients and protein that I need from food, as I can’t eat nearly enough. So I rely on supplements to get what I need.
But even if you eat healthily, you should still at least consider the use of nutritional supplements. Many foods these days don’t contain adequate amounts of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals, so unless you supplement, you could be lacking. Take a look at evitamins.com to stock up on all of the supplements you could possibly need.
